Animal enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy at the inaugural Pet Variety show in Bangkok next month.

BANGKOK, THAILAND, September 20, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Visitors to Bangkok in October will be able to take in the Pet Variety show, a brand new event aimed at pet lovers and animal enthusiasts everywhere.

Organised by animal nutrition company SmartHeart, the event will be held at the Impact Muang Thong Thani venue between October 20th and 23rd 2011, with activities running from 10:00 to 20:00 local time.

The exhibition will span more than 5,000 sq metres and will see in excess of 200 companies offering pets, care products and accessories for bargain prices.

Among the items on offer will be pet food, grooming products, clothing and magazines, as well as souvenirs and collectables.

Pet Variety will also incorporate a number of pet shows and fun activities that allow attendees to view and interact with many types of unique and exotic animals which they would not normally see.

The organisers have confirmed that cats, rabbits and goats will be among the animals on display, while a pet photo contest is also being staged.

Impact Muang Thong Thani is one of Bangkok's largest venues and is also home to the Thailand Dog Show, which took place over the summer.
